Property Management Company in Ithaca/Lansing is looking for a full time Landscape Manager and/or landscapers.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Job description: Individual will be working independently or with other members of the crew. Must be organized and reliable. 3 years landscape experience preferred and ability to perform minor repairs/equipment maintenance a plus.
Responsibilities:
Mow lawn using hand, power or riding mower; trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
Sweep/blow walkway of debris.
Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
Water plants and grass as needed.
Clean gutters.
Hours: M-F, some Saturdays. Compensation based on experience.
