About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and analytical OnlyFans Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and growth of our OnlyFans brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan across various digital channels to grow subscriber count, increase engagement, and maximize revenue.
This role requires an individual with experience in adult content marketing, a deep understanding of social media trends, and strong skills in content strategy, branding, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Branding
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to grow OnlyFans subscriptions and retain loyal fans.
Build and maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across platforms.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date on OnlyFans and adult content market trends.
Content Marketing & Social Media
Create and manage content calendars for Twitter/X, Reddit, Instagram (if applicable), and other platforms.
Collaborate with the content creator to craft engaging promotional posts, captions, teasers, and call-to-actions.
Optimize bio links, hashtags, and visual branding to drive traffic to the OnlyFans page.
Paid Advertising & Growth Hacking
Launch and manage paid ads on platforms that allow adult content (e.g., Reddit Ads, Telegram, FansMetrics, or third-party adult traffic platforms).
Test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
Identify and reach out to potential collaborators or shoutout-for-shoutout (SFS) partners.
Manage affiliate and referral relationships to drive indirect traffic.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including subscriber growth, churn rate, click-through rates, and revenue performance.
Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for optimization.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in adult content, influencer marketing, or subscription platforms.
Strong knowledge of Reddit, Twitter/X, and other promotional channels that support adult content.
Experience with tools like Linktree, FansMetrics, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
SEO, content strategy, and basic design/editing skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
Comfort working in a sex-positive, adult-oriented industry.
