Cayuga Correctional, Moravia. The Osborne Assn. (www.osborneny.org) coordinates prison hospitality centers across NYS. We currently have a PT opening for 1 person to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and alternate 4 annual holidays with 1 other worker. Hours are from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. Pay is $15 per hour (time and 1/2 on holidays). Candidates will have experience in customer service and/or children and family services. Applicants are screened by both the NYS Dept. of Corrections and Community Supervision and Osborne and must have the ability to follow DOCCS policies and procedures while maintaining a warm and friendly visitor center. Nice job for college student, retiree or anyone with concerns for this special population. Reliability is essential-please be mindful of the commute and be sure it is realistic for you.
