Local craftsman needs more time practicing his craft and less time organizing client leads and managing his calendar.
We are looking to hire an administrative assistant for 3-4 hours a week to:
Manage email inbox
Respond to new leads and schedule appointments
Manage and update lead to customer workflows
Update & manage calendar
Brief business owner on upcoming meetings and priority tasks
Most work can be done on your time in your own home and we expect one hour a week will be in person at our downtown home office in order to help organize and brief for the week.
The right person:
- has a positive attitude & is flexible
- loves organizing people & workflows
- strong communicator
- must be able to comfortably navigate digital tools for organization & communication
If you are someone who loves keeping things organized, are digitally savvy, and values working for an honest and respectful family you might be right for the role.
This is an independent contractor position and pays $15/hour.
