Goldwyn & Boyland Physical Therapy office is looking for a candidate to work in our busy office with our family like staff.
The patient service representative/billing assistant is the first point of contact with our patients, therefore must deliver excellent customer service. Applicant should possess the following: computer knowledge; Excel, Word, Power Point, insurance websites, ability to maintain an EMR; scan, upload, download, billing experience, manage multiple phone lines, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
