The First Presbyterian Church, an active and inclusive faith community in downtown Ithaca, seeks a part-time Office Administrator. The Office Administrator manages the office, is a communications link, creates publications and printed/digital material, assists church committees with administrative tasks, and maintains records and files.
We seek a candidate with good written and verbal communications and excellent attention to detail, who is able to schedule tasks independently and manage information from multiple sources. As a public-facing member of staff, a warm and welcoming presence is essential. The position requires knowledge of proofreading, website editing, Microsoft Publisher, and Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn our database software.
