A mountain resort hotel in Cortland, New York is searching for an Interim Data Entry Clerk to work on a temporary 3-month assignment! They are looking for someone with at least 1 year of office experience, specifically using Great Plains for AP/AR to help complete year-end tasks due to increased seasonal transactions. Pay Range: $41,000 - $52,000 or more DOE
Responsibilities:
Data entry and management using Great Plains software
Inputting AP/AR invoices into the system
Generating and printing financial reports from Great Plains
Handling bank and credit card transactions, and integration importing into Great Plains
Assisting in reconciling over 50 balance sheet accounts
Supporting AP/AR processes, dealing with a couple of hundred invoices weekly
Requirements:
At least 1 year of office experience
MUST have experience with Great Plains for AP/AR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and minimal errors
Reliable transportation for onsite work
Experience in reconciling bank accounts
Background in accounting is a plus
