We are a design/build remodeling firm founded 1991 specializing in mid-range to high-end residential remodeling. Known for "stress-free, quality-first, attention-to-every-detail" remodeling, our nationally recognized remodeling company is currently looking for knowledgeable and talented Lead Carpenters to join our team and help our clients turn their dreams into reality. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for remodeling with a focus on providing exemplary customer service for all clients.
Lead Carpenters must have the following qualifications (at minimum):
5 yrs. of experience as a Carpenter in Residential Remodeling such as kitchens, additions, bathrooms, basement remodeling, replacement windows and doors, both trim and rough carpentry, etc
Be a team player with the ability to complete remodeling projects on time and on budget with minimal direct supervision.
Excellent craftsmanship, skill, and in-depth knowledge of all phases of remodeling including methodology, procedures, materials and products.
Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with clients.
Strong organization skills.
Be respectable and respectful of others.
Maintain a clean appearance and good personal hygiene.
Own a presentable and reliable pickup truck or van.
Own all necessary tools related to residential carpentry and construction.
Must be drug free We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs and/or alcohol abuse. Non-smokers preferred as smoking is not allowed on our jobsites.
Ability to organize and manage an efficient work schedule.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications, do material take-offs, and order materials.
Ability to supervise field employees and subcontractors and ensure that work is done properly, safely and in accordance with company performance and quality standards.
Ability to maintain a very neat and organized job site.
Willingness and desire to keep current with new industry products and industry best practices and implement them in your work.
