A full time position is now open for a maintenance person in Cortland. The duties include painting, repairs to mainly apartments and minor plumbing and electrical needs. Also If you have skill in snowplowing and landscape that is also helpful. (The plowing truck will be provided and any tools if needed.) Your own transportation is required.
