Michaleen's is looking for a creative, fun, energetic person to join our team part or full-time. Prior greenhouse experience in a retail setting required.
Responsibilities include:
- Tending to plants and flowers (watering, pruning, rotating, fertilizing, & identifying & managing pests)
- Maintaining a clean greenhouse (sweeping etc.)
- Organizing plants and flowers
- Assisting customers
- Cashiering as needed
- Designing and setting up seasonal greenhouse displays
- On-site plant maintenance to our contracts that we service
- Maintain greenhouse supplies/inventory
- Occasional delivery driver
- Other tasks as needed
