Property manager needs a Maintenance Technician to provide repairs and routine maintenance at rental properties in the Ithaca Area. We manage properties with preventative maintenance and respond to tenant requests. Hring a part position to provide maintenance, safety, reliability, and efficiency of the homes and equipment; ensuring that facilities are well-maintained.
Be experienced in general carpentry, plumbing, electric, heat, and landscaping. Have tools and a truck. Be an adept problem solver and great communicator who is organized and able to effectively manage adversity all while navigating the challenges that come from supporting a customer focused and dynamic business.
