Property management firm seeks a very skilled worker to do maintenance and remodeling. Full time, year round work, good pay. Applicant should have good skills, be able to work independently and have a lot varied work experience, We maintain ten buildings and do most the upkeep and remodeling inside and outside. Applicant should live within 30 minutes of Ithaca and be available for occasional emergency service calls.
Work includes: upgrade and maintenance of heating systems, apartment turnovers, grounds keeping, snow removal, some janitorial work, bathroom and kitchen remodels.
The crew is small so a good attitude and working well with others is essential.
