Job Summary:


We are looking for a Sr. VOIP Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to Political Appointees, Senior Executives, their Administrative Assistants, and customers.

responsibilities:




  • Knowledge of Cisco call manager and Cisco Unity VM.
  • Program and troubleshoot VOIP phone issues.
  • Administer licensing and users on-call Manager.
  • Help manage physical connections coming in from ISP for demarc/fiber/POTS/Fax lines.
  • Perform network cable pulls and install network drops.
  • Work with the network team in resolving network, wireless and VoIP issues
  • Resolve trouble tickets with the Help-Desk team with end-to-end resolution.
  • Maintain and support tributary equipment belonging to USMMA.
  • Basic physical layer troubleshooting for Network Switches and fiber connections.
  • Support Wireless access points and WAP installations.
  • Perform other duties that can arise in support of USMMA.
