Req Number 108645Job DescriptionNorthwell Lab analyst validating clinical lab requests and ancillary team projects through test script development and execution. Ensures Northwell Lab Information Services standards are met through integration, build, and project validations. Develops new testing processes or updates existing testing processes to meet Northwell Lab requirements. Documents validation outcomes and collaborates with Northwell Lab Quality Management.Job Responsibility
Quality assurance integration and application validations
Documents testing evidence meticulously for Quality Management and Project Teams
Develops Northwell Lab test scripts or assists Northwell Testing Center or Excellence in creation of test scripts to meet stakeholder goals
Collaborates with Build, Integration, Project and other ancillary teams to execute test scripts
Crafts and maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) to validate testing scenarios
Troubleshoots, resolves, or escalates issues uncovered during regression and integration testing
Participates in On-call, Tier 2, and Project Go Live support rotations
Reviews and evaluates user requests/needs and implements necessary/ appropriate changes.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
3-5 years experience with Healthcare EMR Orders and Results, preferred
