Our Café/Kitchen Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.This is a casual contract position on an as and when required basis.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting customers, processing orders, making delicious coffee and serving cabinet foodFollowing the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documentedCleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchenWorking with the chef to unload and put away stockSupporting the chef with food preparation
