Didit, a full-service marketing agency located in Melville, NY is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for all aspects of vendor payables management. This is a part-time position requiring approximately twenty-four (24) hours/per week. To note, employees are on-site, Mon-Thur and work from home, Fridays.
What You Will Do:
Review invoices for accuracy, confirm approval and code for entry
Input all invoices for entry into financial system
Process all vendor payments
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding open invoices or payment status
Who You Are:
Three (3) years’ experience preferred in Accounts Payable
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organized
Self-motivated, analytical thinker
Display initiative and flexibility
Strong sense of accountability
Proficient in Word and Excel
Experience with NetSuite a plus
