Position Summary

Seeking a highly organized and experienced full-time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing the full scope of the day-to-day financial operations using QuickBooks Online. This position is critical to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, and health of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Fully manage Accounts Receivable (A/R): Generate client invoices and follow up on outstanding balances.

Fully manage Accounts Payable (A/P): Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor bills.`

Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and credit card statements monthly.

Prepare and post journal entries for payroll, accruals and adjustments.

Generate and maintain monthly financial reports for management review.

Maintain clean and accurate accounting records using QuickBooks Online.

Conduct weekly collections calls to clients with past-due balances in a courteous, professional manner.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recent QuickBooks experience (Desktop or Online) is required.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Prior experience in a bookkeeping-focused role is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable making collections calls with a professional demeanor.

Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to working in-office full-time (this is not a remote role).
