About the company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a family-owned custom woodworking firm specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom kitchens, baths, closets and all other residential millwork. The Company works with premier builders, architects, and designers to help create some of the most beautiful homes across Long Island, the Tri-State area, Florida and beyond.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our financial operations, ensure sound financial practices, and help guide our continued success and growth.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Implement and maintain cost accounting system with Crows Nest software.
Work closely with the executive team to oversee all financial and accounting functions.
Cash management.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable with Crows Nest and QuickBooks software.
Review and analyze accounting data.
Prepare and present financial statements and Job costing reports for weekly executive meetings.
Review with Purchasing Manager Current inventory and best practices for optimal Purchasing methodologies.
Prepare interim financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets.
Complete year-end closing, working with outside accountants.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
BS in Accounting/Finance a must.
3-5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
Cost accounting experience.
Proficiency with budgeting, cash flow projections, A/R & A/P management.
Full knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Confidentiality and discretion.
Knowledge of Crows Nest Software a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
