Full Service Broker/Dealer is seeking a full-time Operational Sales Assistant to work at our Melville office. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual that can interface with Financial Advisors, Managers and team members while exercising tact and discretion in handling sensitive information. This position provides excellent exposure to a wide range of administrative and business activities for a motivated, creative, and aspiring individual.
Responsibilities include assisting multiple advisors with their day-to-day business activities, interface with end clients, distribute and collect paperwork for existing/new clients, schedule client meetings, assist with client inquires, process emails and phone calls and provide operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
-Series SIE / Series 99.
-1 year Financial industry experience
-Solid organizational and time management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
