We are looking for a detail-oriented person to execute and manage all bookkeeping functions. This is an opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial group based in the Huntington area. Responsibilities:
- Manage all ledgers in accounting software
- Enter and manage order entry, invoicing, collections, AP and AR
- Semi-monthly payroll administration
- Bank account reconciliation
- Financial report preparation for management
- 401K administration and compliance through external pension administrator
- Other administrative tasks: HR, benefits and medical insurance administration support
Requirements:
- Degree and 5+ years experience
- Knowledge and experience of procedures in bookkeeping and accounting
- Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software
- Excel and MS Office skills
- Ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Flexible to changing job requirements
- Personable, team player
