Accounting Responsibilities
- Manually Enter daily accounting banking activities into QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank accounts on daily/monthly basis.
- Prepare file for loans
- Keep track and manually enter deferred payments on monthly basis
- Prepare 3 Delinquent/Missing Payment Spreadsheets on daily/weekly basis.
- Prepare Monthly Remittances
- Prepare and Send Statement of Accounts to borrowers.
- Oversee and Ensure Loan Modifications are calculated
