Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential customers / obtain quotes / provide estimates
- Routine visits to jobsites manage progress/maintain project timeline/photos
- Oversee project planning/scheduling
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and subs
- Obtain materials / coordinate deliveries
- Maintain daily reports / participate in weekly meetings
- Lead and provide support to crew / customers concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ yrs exp in residential construction – must be able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to read/interpret architectural drawings to establish scope of work / create material list
- Excellent communication skills/detailed orientated
- Computer literate
