This is an onsite role that requires in-office attendance 5 days a week. The starting pay is 21/hr and the shift time is either 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls to obtain work orders and document them into the computer system
Place outbound phone calls to obtain pricing information for upcoming work orders
Dispatch technicians to client sites
Prepare reports on prospective vendors for senior management
Negotiate prices based on company margins
Add new vendors to active lists as contracts get signed
Qualifications:
A high school diploma required
1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment required
Computer & tech savvy, ability to type 40WPM
Energetic, willing, and eager to learn!
Pay: $23/hour
