We are hiring an outstanding Client Experience Manager with the mission of taking great care of our School Clients. In this position you will be the primary point of contact with School Clients, responsible for coordinating the details for a successful Picture Day. Your mission is to promote customer loyalty, satisfaction, repeat business, and increased sales. Must be passionate about ensuring our customers have a remarkable experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Coordinate the picture day experience from start to finish - to be sure that Picture Day goes smoothly.
Be primary point of contact for the School Client
Manage Picture Day Experience for the Client including
Scheduling Dates
Communicate with account contact to confirm the details of upcoming scheduled events.
All Customer Communication
Resolve Customer Issues
Escalate Hot Issues to Manager
Gather pre-picture day information from accounts via company software program and confirmation calls.
Create Photographer Job Sheets
Create and Send new Agreements
Manage and track all work in Saleforce.com
Be responsive and helpful to the client to be sure they feel very well taken care of.
Rebook the client so they are signed up to work with us again next year.
Take initiative to resolve customer experience issues, in a customer-focused manner.
No travel is required. This is not a sales job.
Reports Directly to Client Services Director
Desired Experience, Skills and Professional Philosophy in the Candidate
3 + Years Client Services Experience.
Positive, up beat personality.
Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
High level of social intelligence.
