Responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Assisting customers who are dropping off dirty clothes and picking up clean clothes, as well as fielding incoming phone calls
Data entry: Describing the articles of clothing that customers give us into our computer system
Quality Control: Inspecting clothes after they are cleaned to ensure all stains came out, etc.
Organization: Preparing and sorting garments that will be picked up or delivered to customers
We're seeking an individual who is detail-oriented with a positive attitude and great work ethic. Dry cleaning experience is a plus but is not necessary. We will train positive, energetic individuals who would enjoy serving and delighting our customers with an exceptional customer service experience.
Must be able to work Saturdays from 8am-5pm. (We're closed Sundays, and you'll also have 1 weekday off each week).
This is a permanent full-time position.
