Key Responsibilities


Customer Service & Account Management:

Schedule and manage appointments for preventive maintenance and quoted repair services.

Provide clients with timely updates regarding technician response times, diagnoses, and resolution progress.

Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed services.

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with the Dispatcher to assist in scheduling and coordinating technician workloads effectively.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service logs, and appointment details.

Communication & Problem Solving:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.

Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with operational capabilities.

Generate service reports and client updates to maintain transparency and accountability.

Qualifications


Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for Field Service is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Service Channel and FM Pilot is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients, coworkers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

Full-time: Monday to Friday, with occasional rotations and overtime as needed.
