The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional and friendly support throughout their solar installation experience. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

-Provide detailed information about our solar products and services, tailoring advice to meet customer needs.

-Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and our installation team.

-Follow up on installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

-Maintain and update customer records in the company database.

-Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve overall customer service and support.

-Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, aiming for a quick and satisfactory resolution.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Customer Service is a plus.

-Proven customer support experience, ideally in the solar energy sector or a related field.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

-A team player with a high level of dedication.
