Job Description: Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide information about products, services, and promotions

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Work closely with other team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks

- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
