Working Hours: 4:00 pm - 10:15 pm

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Admissions / Ticket Booth / Merchandise Sales:
Greeting and welcoming guests, and answering any questions they have
Checking guests in and making sure the tickets are valid
Managing the flow of guests into and out of the event venue
Resolving any issues or conflicts related to admission
Assisting with crowd control as necessary
Providing information and directing guests to different areas of the venue
Communicating with event organizers and other staff as needed
Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times and positively representing the event and company
Keeping event spaces clean and presentable
Assisting with trash removal and/or keeping facilities clean
At the end of each shift, please ensure that all electronics, ride ticket rolls, and the cash box are returned to the manager
Assist in both setting up and storing the gift shop items in the container
Other duties as assigned by the Event Manager
Ride/Activity/Parking Attendant:
Collecting tickets and making sure they are valid
Operating and monitoring ride and activity equipment
Ensuring participants meet the height and safety requirements
Providing clear instructions to participants about operational and safety rules
Assisting participants with entering and exiting the ride/activity
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the ride/activity and surrounding areas
Greeting and directing arriving guests as they arrive to park and answering any questions they have
Working in tandem with onsite security to create a safe environment
Controlling the flow of guests
Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times
Communicating with event organizers and other staff as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Event Manager
Qualifications:
Valid ID to work in the U.S.
Have event staff, retail, or related experience
Be aware that you are representing the LuminoCity brand, which includes knowing the basics of the company/event details
Team player, a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
Ability to stand for extended periods and be comfortable working outside
Be fluent in English
Have excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
Wear appropriate outdoor attire, including company-supplied branded gear
Show up for mandatory pre-event training
Commit to working at least 45 of the 52 event days.
Be able to operate basic technology
Be professional, punctual, hardworking, extroverted, and flexible
You may be asked to work any of the above positions on any given day. Event Managers will consider your prior experience and performance when assigning roles.
