Medical Customer Service Commack
Location: Commack
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.87 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurately and efficiently answering and scheduling patient appointments.
High volume appointment scheduling and phone calls.
Obtains, verifies, and inputs all information accurately into scheduling system. Conducts insurance verification.
Provides customer service to patients.
Resolves patient inquiries or escalates them for a solution.
Routes calls to proper departments.
Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Self-directed and self-motivated. Able to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette.
