Nassau County Property & Casualty Insurance broker selling and servicing business in NY for over 30 years seeks a Customer Service Representative, experience prefererred in Personal Lines, but will train the right candidate.
A plus if licensed, if not will pay to get licensed.
The CSR is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling mostly personal lines and some commercial insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with accuracy and professionalism through interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow agency peers while conducting specific service and marketing activities.
