Experience a MUST. Must have knowledge of dispatching in a very busy atmosphere. Trucks on the road 24-hours per day and customers need to be serviced ASAP. Training in this specific company and dispatch system available. Must be able to handle multiple calls at the same time with a sophisticated computer system keeping track of all the trucks on the road.
