Position 1: ESL Director
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the ESL program.
Lead and mentor a team of ESL educators.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain students.
Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership.
Foster partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of years of experience in ESL education management.
Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize enrollment and student success.
Position 2: Assistant Director
Key Responsibilities:
Support the ESL Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Assist in implementing and monitoring marketing initiatives.
Coordinate scheduling, event planning, and staff meetings.
Help maintain high-quality instructional standards and ensure student satisfaction.
Contribute ideas for program improvement and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in ESL program administration or education is preferred.
Demonstrated skills in marketing and event coordination.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
