Instructor Position Description & Responsibilities
Mathnasium of Levittown (Levittown, NY) is seeking enthusiastic, well-qualified Math instructors for children in grades 1 through 12.
➢ Instructing students, guiding and checking work, helping them achieve their goals.
➢ Documenting results and updating learning plans.
➢ Rewarding children when milestones are met.
➢ Communicate progress with parents.
➢ Free training will be provided to learn Mathnasium Method.
Work Hours and Compensation:
➢ Flexible, between 3 and 5 days per week. The center hours are Mon. to Thur.: 4 PM and 8 PM, Sat.: 10 AM to 2 PM.
➢ Times may vary between summer and the school year. All work will be done at the center.
➢ You will work as an employee. The agreed hourly rate will be paid fortnightly basis through check or direct debit. We pay between 15 to $20 per hour based on an applicant's education and teaching level, Math skill, experience and availability to work.
