Seeking Expert Tutor for Master’s in Information Technology Management

I’m a graduate student currently enrolled in the Master’s in Information Technology Management (MSITM) program at Colorado State University (Online). I’m looking for a highly qualified, dependable tutor or academic coach to assist me in mastering the technical and managerial aspects of my coursework.

While my program is fully online, I prefer in-person tutoring sessions in Melville, NY for the most effective learning experience. However, remote sessions via Zoom or similar platforms are also completely acceptable.

This is not just about homework help — I’m looking for someone who can serve as an academic mentor, helping me develop a deeper, applied understanding of IT management concepts and their real-world relevance in business and technology strategy.

The ideal tutor will have expertise in several (or most) of the following areas:

IT Project Management & Agile Methodologies

Systems Analysis and Design

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Cybersecurity Management and Risk Mitigation

Cloud Computing & Virtual Infrastructure

IT Governance, Compliance, and Strategic Alignment

Emerging Technologies & Digital Transformation

Enterprise Architecture and IT Operations

If you have experience connecting technical solutions to organizational goals — and can help bridge theory with practice — you’ll be a great fit.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring graduate or MBA-level students

Strong grasp of both technical IT principles and managerial frameworks

Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex topics and explain concepts in plain, actionable language

Familiarity with CSU’s online learning format or similar distance-learning programs is a plus

Session Details:

Location: Melville, NY (in-person strongly preferred)

Option: Remote tutoring via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams

Schedule: Flexible — weekday evenings or weekends preferred

Duration: Ongoing support throughout the academic term

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and credentials

How to Apply:

If you are an experienced tutor or IT professional who enjoys helping graduate students excel academically and professionally, I’d love to connect.

Please include the following in your reply:

A short introduction about your background and tutoring approach
