Responsibilities:
1. Plan and conduct age-appropriate robotics lessons and activities for children aged 4-10.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that sparks creativity and curiosity.
3. Provide hands-on guidance to help children explore basic robotics concepts using age-appropriate tools and materials.
4. Create a fun and interactive curriculum that encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
5. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the program.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share progress and achievements.
Requirements:
1. Passion for working with children and cultivating a love for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
2. Enthusiastic and patient, with the ability to connect with children on their level.
3. Basic understanding of robotics concepts; prior experience in teaching robotics to young children is a plus.
4. Reliable transportation to and from the program location.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Training and curriculum will be provided to enhance your teaching skills and familiarity with the program's engaging content.
