SALARY: $65,000 - $96,000 (based on experience)
SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000 (applies only to core subjects)

Key Responsibilities (All Subjects & Grade Levels)
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging instruction aligned with Common Core and state standards
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students across grade levels
Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress (for SPED roles)
Collaborate with co-teachers, specialists, and grade-level teams to support student success
Develop lesson plans integrating reading, writing, math, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities
Incorporate technology into daily instruction to promote active learning and digital literacy
Assess and analyze student performance data to inform instruction and support growth
Communicate regularly with families to share progress and promote home-school partnerships
Model positive behavior and classroom management strategies that support a safe, inclusive environment
Participate in professional development sessions and staff meetings to enhance instructional practice
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
New York State Certification in the relevant subject area (Special Education, TESOL, General Education, or Math)
Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and maintain high academic expectations
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
