We need a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Draftsman with 5 or more years of experience. This role requires proficiency in CAD and a full understanding of construction and architectural principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with clients, principals and consultants to develop and refine designs.
Expediting of plans into building departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to create accurate plans including structural drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
