About the Company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a custom woodworking firm specializing in kitchens and all other residential millwork design and manufacturing.
We are currently seeking a full-time Designer to join our Team of professionals. Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture and/or Design and have custom millwork experience. Designers at Ciuffo Cabinetry lead multiple projects, and assist in overseeing the production and installation of their projects’ custom millwork. This position offers potential for more responsibilities beyond the listed tasks and would allow for significant growth within our organization.

Tasks Include (But Are Not Limited To)
Drafting and designing custom-made kitchens and other architectural millwork in both 2D and 3D space.
Communicating with clients, partners, and vendors on a regular basis through calls, and emails.
Attending client meetings at our office and project sites.
Ordering and tracking samples both in-house and externally, and setting up delivery of samples to clients.
Keeping meticulous records of all relevant project information and correspondence.
Creative Designing – assisting clients with finish selections/hardware, cabinetry style, advising space layouts, organizational solutions, etc.
Overseeing assigned projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and communication is maintained.
Communicating with the Shop Team for production and execution of custom millwork.
Communicating with the Installation Team as they install custom millwork products on-site.
Completing project related paperwork as needed.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in custom millwork and kitchen drafting.
5+ years' experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling – experience in Inventor and/or Revit a plus.
3+ years’ experience in Creative millwork design
7am-8am daily start time, willing to put in OT as needed to meet project deadlines.
Training for the first 6 weeks of employment in construction methodology and completion of an in-house software program for 3D drawings, renderings, shop drawings, + presentations.
Experience in the high end/custom residential market strongly desired.
