Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Super, located in East Hampton, NY. The Site Super will oversee daily operations on construction site, ensuring that projects adhere to schedules, ordering material, scheduling deliveries, managing budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling & supervising subcontractors, managing resources and materials, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with clients and staff. The Site Super will also be expected to conduct regular inspections, resolve on-site challenges, and provide updates on project progress. This is a large job site that requires physical mobility to manage the entire property. There will be (3) buildings being built during this duration.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in East End construction site supervision, project management, and scheduling
-Site history for projects over $5 million is REQUIRED
-Strong knowledge of quality control, meticulous in fine detailed work
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
-Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software- Procore, Excel, Bluebeam & Smartsheets
-Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
-Understanding of construction processes, sequence, tools, and equipment
-High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field
