Responsibilities include but not limited to
-Must be reliable
-Work independently and delegate effectively
-Maintain quality control (consistency of products and schedules)
-Keep sanitation and cleanliness at the highest level
-Lead and maintain a professional kitchen culture Collaborate dialogue with owners for new menus items
-Create and transition new menu items while maintaining the quality of the current menu.
-Cultivate the art of delegating with team
-Ready and able to commit to full time schedule
-Independent reliable transportation a must
Knowledge and commitment to COGS a plus (manage inventory and over see ordering processes)
