Busy Mediterranean kitchen looking for a full time dishwasher/prep cook. Responsibilities are mainly dishwashing, cleaning the kitchen and equipment, sweeping and mopping, and there is also a large amount of chopping, slicing and dicing, so excellent knife skills are a big plus. We are offering full time either 5 days(40 hours) or 6 days(50hours)a week. Work days are mostly 11am-7pm, and we are closed on Saturdays. We are a Spanish speaking kitchen but you must also be able to speak English to communicate with the workers who don’t speak English.
