Manager position for an Established Fine dining restaurant, Very friendly and family style work environment. Spanish Speaker not required but a plus. Restaurant seats 100 plus full Bar for 30+ people and 35 employees. Lunch served daily, catering and private parties.
Looking for experienced individual with experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment willing to work long hours. Great personality and people skills that can lead and motivate a team.

Our managers are ultimately responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including inventory, ordering, opening, closing shifts. Responsibilities include guest relations, supervision & motiving the staff, ensuring company standards and operations. Catering, event planning, creating menus and specials, including new ideas and concepts to promote a large bar area.
Some training will be available, but looking for a self starter and quick learner with a sparkling personality yet a problem solver and team leader.
2 years of Full service Restaurant Manager experience required.
