Seeking experienced and non-experienced seasonal Tax Preparers eager to serve clients with diverse tax needs, generate business growth, and advance their tax knowledge.

Tax Professional duties include:
Conducting face-to-face tax interviews with clients
Preparing complete and accurate tax returns
Generating business growth, increasing client retention thru EXCELLENT customer services
Providing IRS audit support Answer questions in real time/ returning calls as they pertain to prepared tax preparation
Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience completing individual returns is a + but not necessary
Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Successful completion of the ClearSky Tax training and knowledge assessment or equivalent
Must be available for training
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply! Spanish speaking Required PTIN eligibility Attention to detail Flexible to work nights and weekends as necessary
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position requires working in an office atmosphere assisting clients
We are looking to fill Full time, Part time and Seasonal positions
Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour based on experience position and performance during and after training
Additional Compensation: End of Season Bonus
Office located 1 block from LIRR and 2 major bus routes
