Dukes House of Bowls in Northport Village Long Island is looking for a full time lead cook,
that would prepare and cook all lunch and dinner orders. Highly skillful in time management.
Dukes House of Bowls is a QSR, quick-service restaurant. Our concept is a fast in and out
ordering process; average 3-6 minutes from ordering to receiving your meal, either
through in house ordering, online ordering or phone in. We provide health conscious
ready made foods with the options of different types of rice, noodles, grains, proteins, a
vast assortment of vegetables, sauces and dressings that are made from scratch in
house, all served in a compostable bowl including poke bowls and ramen bowls.
We do not provide table service. Currently we have 6 indoor counter seats and 16
outdoor seating but majority of our business is takeout. Our model is not your typical
takeout establishment. We offer high quality ingredients you would see in a sit down
restaurant that is provided in a quick service takeout model.
