Job Description:
As a Line Cook at Claudio's, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, delicious dishes that delight our guests. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing ingredients, cooking meals to perfection, and ensuring each plate meets our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
