Must be able to knock out delicious breakfast sandwiches. Smash burgers are our main gig. Pressed sandwiches, lobster rolls, wings, tots, tuna poke, salads, etc. open to fun ideas of your own. We have big BBQ and smokers on site, if that's your gig that's a bonus!
Also prep people who can prep foods and do dishes.
Must be clean,polite, organized Food handlers service certification will be a must for line cooks. Must speak english.
