Job description
-Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
-Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on every table during service
-Able to train staff on the steps of service, bar drinks, and menu items
-Create weekly staff schedules
-Approve weekly time sheets
-Manage liquor inventory
-Knowledge and use of time management (payroll)
-5 years minimum experience in Fine-Dining
-Prior work at an Italian restaurant/steakhouse and/or waterfront location is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Starting at: $75,000.00 per year
Pay can be higher depending on experience and fit for this position as determined by the interview.
