We are a restaurant group with affiliations in NYC opening a new restaurant in the town of Greenport, Long Island.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a restaurant manager who will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's daily operations, including managing front and back of house staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. As well as manage inventory, budget, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices

Experience in front-of-house staff and back-of-house staff management

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in POS computer systems and software

Food safety and sanitation certification

5+ years of previous experience in the restaurant industry

High school diploma

Housing provided if needed
