As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, supervise staff, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional service
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive atmosphere
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Assist in scheduling shifts
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
Monitor the quality of food and service, and ensure consistency
Assist in private party & catering planning
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
